While we are equipped to handle 'urgent' medical needs, we are not an "urgent care" facility. Our Emergency Room is opened 24/7 and always staffed by board-certified physicians and experienced nursing staff. The primary difference is that our ER isn't physically attached to a hospital.

The primary difference is the physical location - TriStar Spring Hill ER is a satellite Emergency Room for TriStar Centennial.

A freestanding emergency room is a freestanding facility, acting as a department of a hospital, that is equipped to treat medical emergencies. TriStar Spring Hill ER is staffed round-the-clock by board-certified physicians and highly trained nurses, laboratory and imaging technologists and backed by the specialists at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. The primary difference is the physical.

No appointment is needed, in fact, we don't take appointments at the Emergency Room. If you are in need of non-emergent care and would like to schedule an appointment with one of our physicians at TriStar Medical Park, please call (615) 342-1919.

For account questions or billing inquiries, please contact ER Director, Keri McKamey at (931) 489-1100.
